Réparation de faitage en 4 étapes

La réparation de faîtage se fait en principe en 4 étapes :
– Préparer la surface
– Poser le mortier
– Poser les tuiles
– Faire les finitions.

Pour la première étape, elle consiste à faire les taches préparatoires (nettoyer les tuiles, enlever la poussière, mouiller le toit, vérifier le mortier existant, etc.). La seconde étape consiste à installer à la truelle le mortier des deux côtés du faîtage. Pour l’étape de la pose des tuiles, elle consiste à les sceller de façon identique tout en respectant bien l’alignement. Enfin, les finitions consistent à lisser parfaitement le mortier afin que l’eau de pluie s’écoule bien.
